This product is inspired by two different Japanese traditions. One is rice cracker and another is Kabuki performance. The manufacturer Amanoya named this product “kabikiage” to respect those two Japanese traditions.

The standard version of Kabikiage is soy sauce based flavor and not spicy at all. But this one is a bit spicy. It’s additionally seasoned by garlic, onions and hot pepper flavored oil.
