Roasted green tea is called “Houjicha”. I really like the aroma. I have increasingly seen Houjicha sweets recently. This is one of them.

This parfait consists of followings:
-soy sauce & sugar sauce (called “mitarashi”) dumplings
-whipped cream
-diced sweet potatoes
-“houjicha” flavored jellies
-“houjicha” & milk flavored pudding
Taste |
★★★☆☆ The dumplings were very soft! The combination of the “mitarashi” (soy sauce & sugar sauce) and whipped cream were really good! As for “houjicha” jellies and pudding, I felt something is missing. |
