It seems that this is a collaborative product between a travel guide called Kotorip, snacks manufacturer Lotte and a local confection manufacturer Saito-Seika.

This product features popular sweets called Kamome-no-tamago. It is a white bean paste confectionery with the motif of a seagull’s egg playing in nature.

The manufacturer Saito-seika is located in a place called Iwate. They combine their tradition and history with a spirit of exploration and ideas to develop new products.

I had always liked KAMOME-NO-TAMAGO.
This product is different from it but the richness of the yolk & sweet bean paste was really good!
