“Melonpan” is one of the most popular sweet breads in Japan. Melonpan does not always have melon flavor. The word “melon” comes from just the look.
Good. The bread part is very soft!
The cookie dough covered bread has crispy/crunchy texture. But I prefer moist texture dough. It’s completely up to individual!
Around 150-200 yen.

I got this at Vie De France Bakery near my house. It’s a famous bakery chain in Japan. And we can get melonpan breads at almost any bakeries in Japan!
Not sure. There are lots of different melonpan breads in Japan. So I might try different ones next time…
