On the package, there is a notification “limited in Hokkaido”. But in Japan we can see local confection events quite often almost everywhere. So even if you do not have a chance to visit Hokkaido you might get this snack in Tokyo like me.

I got this at NewDays, a convenience store chain that is usually located in or near train stations. As I mentioned above, it is usually Hokkaido province limited. But if you are lucky you might be able to find this in other places too.
