“Choco-ball” is one of long seller products from a manufacturer Morinaga. As you can guess, “choco-ball” means chocolate balls.
According to the package, they are 2.5 times bigger than the standard ones!

The sizes are a bit different depending on the peanuts’ sizes I think.
