This product is a local confection from a place called Nagasaki where is in south west of Japan.
Nagasaki is my husband’s hometown. He calls this product “Cruz Sempei”. Sempei means thin cracker.
Nagasaki has a long history of christianity and was one of the most important Christian centers in Asia. This product comes from the history.
This time it features green tea called matcha that was made in their local Nagasaki.
Crunchy and natural taste. The standard version of this product doesn’t have cream in it. I prefer this cream sanded version!
