This product is a local confection from a place called Nagasaki where is in south west of Japan.
Nagasaki is my husband’s hometown. He calls this product “Cruz Sempei”. Sempei means thin cracker.
Nagasaki has a long history of christianity and was one of the most important Christian centers in Asia. This product comes from the history.
