This is my first time to see this product.
This is a local confection from a place called Tosa. Tosa is an old name of Kochi where is a part of an island called Shikoku in the south-west part of Japan.

Tosa/Kochi is famous for their yuzu (Yuzu is a citrus fruit.)
This cake contains some yuzu inside.

On this soft cake, there is a brand called kanzashi”. “Kanzashi” is an old hair ornament. There seems to have an old story related to “kanzashi” in this region.

Taste
★★★★☆
This is a “shiroan” sweet I love, that has white sweet bean paste in the dough. I slightly smelt yuzu.
