This famous local confection from a place called Setouchi is named “poeme”.
I really like this kind of “shiroan” sweets! Shiroan is made from white beans called “ingenmame”. I think even if you don’t like “anko” (sweet red bean paste) you should like “shiroan”. It goes well with western sweets too!
