This is another “warabimochi” -summer sweets- product from Seven-Eleven, one of the biggest convenience stores in Japan.

My previous post about “warabimochi”:

Taste |
★★★☆☆ The dumpling is very soft. And plenty of cream is in it. I would say this is a cream sweets rather than “warabimochi” sweets. I prefer more salty taste. But it worth trying at least once! |
Price |
★★★★☆ Not bad. Around 100-150 yen. |
Calorie |
★★★★☆ 142 kcal per package. |
Easy to get? |
★★★☆☆ I got this at Seven-Eleven, one of the biggest convenience stores in Japan. If it is summer, you will be able to find “warabimochi” sweets at any convenience stores. But I think this taste is quite new, not standard one. |
Get again? |
★★★☆☆ Probably…but not sure. |

View inside. Sorry the picture is not so good…
I cut it with a knife but the dough (warabimochi) was very soft and it was so difficult to cut it beautifully.
